Visma Makes First Acquisition in France

The Norwegian Visma makes a French takeover for the first time. The company, which already acquired 30 companies this year, now also adds Inqom.

Inqom makes software that automates accounting processes with the help of AI. About 100 people work for the company.

It is Visma’s first acquisition in the country, yet the company is acquiring other players at a brisk pace. This year alone is Inqom’s 31st acquisition. Last year it made 42 acquisitions.

Earlier this summer, it was announced that Visma also bought Teamleader from Ghent. All of Visma’s activities together generated a turnover of 2.1 billion euros last year.
