Tennis Player Novak Djokovic Has Reached the Semi-Finals At the ATP Finals
Tennis player Novak Djokovic has reached the semi-finals at the ATP Finals. The number 1 in the world settled in the O2 Arena in London with the German Alexander Zverev: 6-3 7-6 (4).
Djokovic follows the Russian Daniil Medvedev, who defeated him in two sets on Wednesday and therefore already qualified for the semi-finals.
Djokovic and Zverev competed on the English hard court for the second ticket in group A for the last four. They had both lost to Medvedev and beaten Diego Schwartzman earlier in the week.
Djokovic has already been the best five times at the end-of-year tournament with the best eight tennis players of the season.
The Serbian won the lucrative event in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Two years ago, Djokovic lost out to Zverev in the final. Last year, the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas was the best in London. Djokovic was then eliminated in the group stage.
