The aid organization reports that after an analysis of figures from the World Health Organization (WHO).

More than 3.5 million people have fled Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion. Among them are more than 1.5 million children. But, according to Save the Children, there are still almost 6 million children in the country. It calls for the protection of civilians and children.

Russia denies that it is targeting civilians in Ukraine, even though there is evidence of that. According to Ukraine, thousands of civilians have been killed. Of these, the United Nations has verified more than nine hundred. Among them are dozens of children.
